Romania will participate in the Own Eurovision Song Contest 24 with the song "Could u" performed by Andreea Bănică.
The Romanian entry was selected through an internal selection.
Internal Selection
On 20 September 2013, it was announced that Andreea Bănică will represent Romania in the 24th edition of Own Eurovision Song Contest with the song "Could u".
At Own Eurovision Song Contest
Ending in the third place in the previous edition, means that Romania will participate in Grand Final of the Own Eurovision Song Contest 24, contest held in Cardiff, Wales.
On November 22, 2013 it was revealed that Romania will be following Georgia and will be preceding Cyprus in the Grand Final.
On December 4, 2013 it was revealed that Romania placed 23rd receiving a total amount of 65 points.
