Romania will participate in Own Eurovision Song Contest 11, and will select their entry through an internal selection. Andra was selected to represent Romania in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Romania ended in the top 10 at the end of the voting, receiving a total of 136 points and placed 9th out of 26 countries.
Internal Selection[]
On September 24, 2012, it was announced that Andra will represent Romania in the 11th edition of Own Eurovision Song Contest in Amsterdam, The Netherlands with the song "Something new".
At Own Eurovision Song Contest[]
Romania will compete in one of the three semifinals for a place in the final.
On September 27, 2012 it was decided that Romania will perform number 13 in the second semi-final.
